What is Nestalyzer?
A free, browser-based dental nesting and slicing studio for resin 3D printing. It nests cases on the build plate, slices them in-browser to detect unsupported regions and suction traps, generates supports, and exports STL and ELEGOO .goo files — no installation.
Which dental 3D printers are supported?
Build-plate presets for ELEGOO, Phrozen, Anycubic, Creality, Formlabs, SprintRay, Asiga, Ackuretta, Shining3D AccuFab, NextDent and more — and any printer can be added by entering its build area.
Is it really free, and are my patient files safe?
Yes — Nestalyzer is free, and all case/patient STL files are processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Does it replace my validated dental slicer?
No. Nestalyzer is a planning and printability-check studio. For clinical devices, confirm the final official slice and exposure in your manufacturer-validated slicer. Recommended profiles are labelled by evidence tier and require calibration before production.
Is Nestalyzer the first online dental nesting software?
It is, to our knowledge, the first free, install-free, browser-native nesting & slicing studio built specifically for dental resin printing. Other dental nesting tools exist as desktop or paid software; Nestalyzer runs entirely in the browser.
